Creamy Berry & Quinoa Porridge
Deliciously Creamy Berry & Quinoa Porridge is one of our favourite ways to warm up in the morning!
Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked Absolute Organic Quinoa
- 1 can of Absolute Organic Coconut Milk
- 2 tbsp Absolute Organic Maple Syrup
- 1 cup Organic frozen mixed berries
- 1 tbsp Absolute Organic Chia Seeds
- Optional toppings (we used Cacao Nibs and Absolute Organic Pumpkin Kernels)
Instructions
- dd the cooked quinoa to a saucepan with the coconut milk and 1 tbsp of maple syrup, slowly bring to the boil, stirring regularly
- At the same time, add the berries to a saucepan with a splash of water, 1 tbsp maple syrup and 1 tbsp of chia seeds, warm through until hot and sticky
- Add the quinoa porridge to a bowl, top with the berry mixture and add additional toppings as required
